SMS/text messaging privacy
If you opt in to receive text messages from Brightwork Tech (our operational alerts program, "Watson"), we collect and store your mobile phone number and your consent record solely to deliver those messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and service providers necessary to deliver the messages themselves.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. See our Terms of Service for full messaging terms.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf to operate our business (for example, hosting, scheduling, and messaging delivery providers), or when required by law.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and protect it with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
