SMS / text messaging terms
Program: Brightwork Tech operational alerts ("Watson"). This program sends operational notifications — such as calendar and task reminders, call reports, and automation status updates — to the business owner and individual staff members who have opted in.
- Opt-in: Recipients provide their mobile number directly to Brightwork and consent before any messages are sent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a final confirmation message and nothing further.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact hello@brightworktech.com.
- Carriers: Supported carriers include all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use our contact channels to send unlawful or abusive content.
